Read about Native Americans using this interactive map.  Start the links on the left, specifically Assmiliation, Relocation, and Genocide.  Then click the link above titled NATIVE CALIFORNIANS and move across checking each link until you finish with TODAY.  In the Comments section below, share what you learned.

    4,000- 5,000 cherokees died in the trail of tears. they were force to move by the white people

    between 1840 and 1850 off-reservationsnative american were put in boarding school and away from their familis and learn christian religion and english and not their native spoken language.
